Donald Blow was born in Wilmington, Delaware and has lived and worked in Delaware most of his life. In 1961, he studied at the Hussian School of Art in Philadelphia. He has received numerous awards for his work throughout the tri-state area. Presently he works out of a studio in his home specializing in watercolors and dry brush paintings. He is a member of the Rehoboth Art League, the Philadelphia Sketch Club and a member and officer of the Delaware Watercolor Society.

Donald currently resides in Smyrna, Delaware with his wife, Linda.
